Toshiba Copiers - Training Material
Key Points:
- All printers and copiers are under a 5-year service contract with Toshiba. This includes providing toner, staples, and servicing the units when they stop working.
- Each new copier's address book has been pre-populated using our staff directory.
- All desktops have been programmed to automatically install the new Toshiba copiers. Make sure to select the “See more…” option in Chrome to find the device the first time you try to use it.
- All devices are configured to automatically order replacement toner cartridges when the unit drops below a set threshold (default =15%, can be adjusted as necessary). Replacement cartridges will ship to the school front office.
- Each replacement cartridge for the HP printers will include a return shipping label for mailing back the depleted HP toner cartridge. Please use Toshiba's EcoSmart recycling program to dispose of depleted Toshiba copier cartridges. Ed Kemez <Edin.Kemez@tbs.toshiba.com> is our contact to order the cartridge receptacles.
- Waste toner bottles and staples must be ordered manually using the Toshiba service label.
- If a print device stops working for any reason, please contact Toshiba directly to request service using the service label on the device.
