Printing - How To Configure & Use Secure Print (Konica Copiers Only)

Written Insructions:

1. Click the "Notifications" menu in the bottom right corner of the screen
2. Select "All Settings" and then "Devices"
3. On the left side, select the "Printers & Scanners" tab
4. Select the Konica Minolta copier that you would like to configure secure print for
5. Click "Manage" and then "Printing Preferences" (this should open a new window)
6. In the new window, click the "Output Method" drop-down menu and then select "Secure Print"
7. A new window should pop-up. If not, click the "User Settings" button
8. In the new window, enter your room number into both the "Secure Print ID" and the "Password" fields
9. Click "OK" to close this window
10. In the previously opened window, click "Apply"
