Finalsite - Staff Contact Form

Attention Staff,

To bolster our cybersecurity posture, staff email addresses are no longer listed publicly on the district website. This change makes it harder for would-be threat actors from around the globe to target our staff email accounts for phishing and credential stuffing attacks.

The website now uses a built in form to collect messages from the general public to staff members.

Once this form is submitted, the contents are automatically forwarded to the corresponding staff member's email address from the email address donotreply@gowcsnet.myenotice.com in the following format:

If you get an email like the one above, please be aware that it is originating from the staff contact form on our district website. As usual, use your best judgement to determine if the contents and context of the message seem legitimate. Always check if the sender's email address is one that you are familiar with. When in doubt, check PowerSchool. You can quickly respond directly to the email address listed in the message by simply hitting reply.

The intent is not to disallow staff from using email to communicate with parents. By all means, continue to do that. The intent is to make it so random people on the internet can't freely download a large list of our staff email addresses to use for nefarious purposes.
